Run13, in conjunction with Zions Bank, is pleased to announce the addition of the Marathon category to the 4th annual Provo City Half Marathon, Relay, 5k and Mayor’s Mile! The Marathon promises to be a fast and scenic course which will begin up South Fork (above Vivian Park in Provo Canyon), proceed into downtown Provo and then enter into the Provo City Half Marathon course. This is the event to get your spring off to the right start, and test your endurance after a long winter’s break! We continually strive to make this one of the best races in the valley for runners and spectators alike. The finish line is always a party with live music, food, entertainment and activities for kids, and of course an abundance of random prize giveaways. The marathon and half marathon course is USATF Certified and the marathon is a Boston Marathon Qualifier. All runners will be chip timed, receive a performance tech shirt and awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age division. Marathon and Half Marathon finishers will also receive finisher medals.
