Swim, bike, run, a welcome challenge after run, run, run
Like your typical entrepreneurial mother of four with a husband who works full-time and recently started an executive MBA program, my life has its share of challenges. (Just try getting my 3-year-old to wear something other than pajamas to preschool—it’s nearly impossible.) While those challenges are fine and dandy for strengthening my patience, what really floats my boat are the challenges that strengthen my body.
